If our cuisine is so tasty, it is because we have a secret… which is then not so secret: our dishes come to the table only if they pass the goodness test of chef Bruno, who has ever since taken care of the cuisine of Hotel Bahamas
This is why we are a hotel with zero-km cuisine, whose top ingredients are local top-notch produces such as the fresh milk from Cesena and the best local fish. All this prepared with care and genuineness, because, as Bruno is happy to emphasize once again, “I don’t like to prepare elaborated pastiches… I don’t like eating them, that’s all… I focus on quality”. So are created such specialties as the tuna undercut, fresh pasta and our ragout, which stays on the stove for at least 4 hours, and is completely home-made. “They sell it to take away too?” asks Bruno with a wink.
One of the holiday pleasures is to always taste new dishes. And we, at every meal, propose you 4 different menus, with the delicacies of the sea and the land.
And in our hotel with 0-km cuisine you will find also a rich and varied breakfast buffet, from the most fragrant croissants to the corner of seeds.
